I gained hands-on training in various biotech industry-relevant areas like molecular cloning, primer design criteria, protein structure analysis (ProtParam, I-TASSER, Robetta), fermentation and downstream processing, food microbiology, agricultural microbiology, sewage water treatment, potable water testing, and small-scale reactor operation. I had the opportunity to attend guest lectures on the role of Industry 4.0 in medical devices and healthcare solutions.
